Airport Transport

Brisbane’s Domestic and International Airports are located 13km from the city’s CBD. There are a number of transport options when travelling from the airport.

• Taxi – approx. 20 minutes drive to Brisbane and will cost around $25.00 inc GST.
• Shuttle bus – approx. 30 minutes travelling time to the city and will cost around $9.00 inc GST per person. Shuttle buses depart from directly outside the front of the terminal.
• Airtrain – Leaves every 30 minutes and hourly in the evening. An adult one way fare to Central Station is $9.00 inc GST.

Parking

Parking at QUT is very limited. There are numerous commercial car parks in the streets surrounding QUT such as Mary Street, Charlotte Street, the Myer Centre and also South Bank near Rydges. It is recommended that you use these parking facilities.
