ACCOMMODATION BOOKING POLICIES

By selecting this rate you accept that your name and stay dates will be shared with the organiser via a rooming list for administration purposes only – no other details will be shared.

• FULL PREPAYMENT will be taken to guarantee your reservation and will be charged to the nominated card on provided at the time of booking.
• If your payment does not go through at the time of booking, your room is not confirmed.
• Exclusive Conference Rates have a strict cancellation policy: any cancelled rooms will incur a cancellation fee All discounted conference rates would require a 100% cancellation fee.
• All fees & charges stated include GST. You will receive a tax invoice on the day of departure.
• A valid credit card must be provided on arrival to the resort for a hotel pre-authorisation to guarantee your incidental charges.
• Any bookings will be subject to hotel availability at the time of request, if the hotel is fully booked you will be responsible for finding alternate accommodation or we can waitlist you for changes in availability.
