The Student Success Conference is a not-for-profit event, delivered largely through the commitment of colleagues volunteering their time for the sector. We are conscious of the increasing financial pressures many face, and the Conference Team has carefully managed costs to keep the registration fee as accessible as possible.

To enhance value for delegates, we’ve made changes to the registration inclusions — this year the Constellation Network Meetings which were previously charged separately, are now included as part of the full 3-day registration.

How to Pay

All credit card payments are processed via the Stripe payment gateway.

Please note there is a 2.0% credit card processing fee and 0.5% facility service fee (1% for American Express) that will be added on at the end of your registration. All prices are in Australian dollars, and include the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Conference Dinner (Optional) – Tuesday 30 June 2026
The conference dinner is an additional cost to the above registration categories. The cost for guest tickets are also available – see rates at the bottom of the page.

Full Registration includes:

  • Admission to all Constellation Meetings (session limits apply), conference sessions, poster and exhibition areas for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Conference pack
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for three days of the Conference (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)
  • Attendance at the Welcome Reception – Monday 29 June 2026*

Day Registration includes:

  • Admission to all sessions, poster and exhibition areas (on day of registration)
  • Conference pack
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (on day of registration)

Student Registration includes:

  • Admission to all Constellation Meetings (session limits apply), conference sessions, poster and exhibition areas for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Conference pack
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for three days of the Conference (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)
