Important Dates

• 17 March 24 February 2025 –  Extended Submission Deadline.
• from 01 May 2025 – Notifications start being sent to authors.
• 01 June 2025 – At least one Author must be registered to attend.
• 10 June 2025 – Digital version of accepted posters required.

Please Note: Presenters must be a paid attendee of the conference in order to present a paper.
