The Student Success Conference is a not-for profit event (mostly a volunteer effort by colleagues, for the sector). The Conference Team is aware of the budget constraints many face and has worked hard to keep the registration fee as low as possible (same as 2024) while still delivering an excellent conference experience for delegates. We encourage prospective delegates to take advantage of the limited ‘Registration + Network Groups Day Pass’ option and recognise the value in attending Australasia’s most welcoming and collegial gathering of university staff, students and community members.

When selecting a registration + Network day pass, you will need to select all 3 Network sessions you wish to attend at the time of registering. These can be changed at any time based on availability.

How to Pay

All credit card payments are processed via the Stripe payment gateway.

Please note there is a 1.5% credit card processing fee and 1.5% facility service fee (2% for American Express) that will be added on at the end of your registration. All prices are in Australian dollars, and include the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Please find below the inclusions for each registration type. Accommodation and transport to and from the hotel (excluding social functions) is not included in any registration type.

Full Registration includes:

• Admission to all conference sessions, poster and exhibition areas for Tuesday and Wednesday
• Conference pack
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for the main two days of the Conference (Tuesday & Wednesday)
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception – Monday 30 June 2025*

Day Registration includes:

• Admission to all sessions, poster and exhibition areas (on day of registration)
• Conference pack
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (on day of registration)
